Information Security Policy

As TMS ENDÜSTRİYEL SOĞUTMA SAN. TİC. A. Ş. ensuring the security of all types of information belonging to our employees and supplier partners, as well as the security of our corporate information processing processes, considering the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, is among our top priorities to maintain business continuity for our company and affiliated group companies and mitigate the impact of potential threats.

In this context, TMS ENDÜSTRİYEL SOĞUTMA SAN. TİC. A. Ş. complies with the legal, standard, corporate policy, and procedural requirements related to information security. All applicable procedures concerning information security are implemented in our company.

We conduct audits to protect our information assets and, based on best practices, control activities such as storing, transferring, modifying, accessing, and processing data. The results are reported at the Senior Management level.

We inform our employees and stakeholders about our information security policies and procedures and provide them with the necessary resources and training to access them.

In selecting suppliers and business partners, we consider the performance of our stakeholders regarding information security and collaborate with both our stakeholders and official institutions on matters related to the Information Security Management System.

We establish the necessary organizational structure, resources, and infrastructure to identify and report information security breaches, take the actions required in the shortest possible time, and implement the essential sanctions in case of information security violations.
