When You Refer To Challenging Environmental Conditions, What Do You Mean?
TMS's equipment is designed to operate reliably in harsh environmental conditions, which may include the following:
It can maintain smooth function across a wide range of ambient temperatures, from -40 to +95°C.
It can perform well within dusty environments.
It is designed to function effectively in corrosive environments where harmful substances are present in gaseous form.
It can be safely used in explosive and flammable environments.
It can provide robust and durable performance in vibrating environments, such as those involved in crane operations.
It can maintain stable operation on wavy seas in maritime operations.
Which Harmful Compounds Can You Eliminate With a Chemical Filter And How Do You Select Them?
Nitrogen dioxide (NO2), Hydrocarbons (VOCs), Chlorine (Cl2), Ozone (O3), Hydrogen sulphide (H2S), Sulphur dioxide (SO2), Ammonia (NH3), Amines (RNH), Mercury (Hg), Nitric oxide (NO), Formaldehyde (CH2O), In order to remove components such as Aldehydes and Organic Acids, APU (Air Purification and Pressurisation) systems are designed specifically for the components in the customer's application. The chemical filters used in these systems have the capacity to absorb and absorb these components. The weight and volume of the chemical filters to be used are calculated according to the type of component in the air, ppm value and the frequency of filter change preferred by the customer and integrated with the APU system. The size and placement of the filters are adjusted according to the design of the APU in order to provide a customised solution for the customer's wishes and needs.
Do You Do Engineering For Projects?
Yes, TMS offers a comprehensive service to its customers and provides complete solutions in all processes such as design, production, field applications, commissioning, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and spare parts supply. In this way, engineering work is carried out more efficiently and effectively. For example, the experiences gained during field maintenance and repair services enable better analysis of the ease of maintenance in engineering studies and work is carried out with a proactive approach.
Customisation may not only be limited to equipment, sometimes project designs are tailored to the needs of the customer. By complementing each other in this way, TMS achieves its goal of providing the most efficient, reliable and continuous solutions from start to finish.
Can You Calculate Cooling Capacity, Heating Capacity Requirement, Room Pressurisation And Ventilation?
TMS engineers are capable of performing and reporting all calculations through in-house developed heat gain/loss, pressurisation and ventilation programmes. These programmes are designed in accordance with the project requirements and customer needs. Using these programmes, engineers ensure that projects are designed correctly, increase energy efficiency and design appropriate air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Can You Design Ventilation Ducts And Pipes?
Yes, TMS engineers can perform flow and pressure drop calculations for ventilation ducts and pipework. They can also determine line routes and show this information on 2D and 3D drawings, making assembly and installation processes easier.
Do You Have a Climate-Controlled Test Chamber? At What Intervals Can You Perform Tests?
TMS has two different acclimatised test chambers that enable product tests to be carried out under various climatic conditions. This test cabinet allows testing in a temperature range from -20 to +85 degrees. Special air conditioning and refrigeration equipment designed on paper are tested in this test cabinet. These tests are performed to evaluate the accuracy, performance and durability of the design.
The test chamber is equipped with various measurement and control systems and allows precise control of temperature, humidity and other parameters during testing. This provides information on how products behave under different climatic conditions, how they perform and the impact of improvements in design.
TMS's acclimatised test chamber is an important tool for evaluating the reliability, durability and performance of products. These tests are used to determine how products will perform in real-world conditions and whether they meet customer expectations.
Can You Prepare a P&ID?
Yes, TMS engineers design both equipment-specific and project-wide P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) diagrams for each project. P&ID diagrams are detailed technical drawings showing the piping systems, equipment and control elements of the plant. They are important to understand the operation of the system, to see the relationships between systems and to manage maintenance, repair and update operations. These drawings help engineers and employees to accurately follow the operation of the plant and ensure that it operates safely and efficiently.
What Is Industrial Air Conditioning, And How Does It Differ From General-Purpose Air Conditioners?
Air conditioners are designed to regulate the temperature of environments such as homes and commercial areas at specific intervals. Household and commercial air conditioners are used for comfort purposes and come in various types. Conversely, industrial air conditioners are designed to provide continuous service to businesses and are selected and used based on their specific needs. They are typically used in areas that require cooling, such as equipment rooms, and most of the waste heat generated in these areas is produced by the enterprise's equipment.
Industrial air conditioners offer numerous advantages, such as providing continuous air conditioning for enterprises. They are easily maintained and can be quickly repaired with minimum spare parts and competent personnel in case of a malfunction. These air conditioners are specifically designed for harsh environmental conditions and can be customized according to the project's specifications, providing a permanent air conditioning solution.
