Our Engineering Expertise

In the various industries we serve, R&D and design activities for cooling products are carried out in order to meet the cooling requirements arising during the activities of our customers. Since special cooling solutions are offered for many different industrial areas, projects are carried out with our expert employees in a wide range of products with diverse cooling capacities ranking from panel air conditioners to chillers.

From January 2019, our department has been titled as “Design Center” by the Ministry of Industry and Trade within the scope of the law, numbered 5746, on supporting research and activities.

Design project studies carried out in our Design Center can be divided into 4 main groups.

– Industrial design for new products,

– Cooling Cycle design,

– Design of electrical projects,

– Preparation of construction design and manufacturing drawings for production.

Our designs are supported with different computer programs used at every stage of our design activities. “Unilab Heat Transfer Software” for cooling cycle optimization, “EPlan” used in the design of electrical projects, “Solidworks” programs are used for the preparation of 3D construction designs, strength analyzes and manufacturing drawings. In addition, different software programs are used for equipment selection and optimization.

We have a test room, where performance, strength and life tests of prototype products, came up after design activities, are carried out. The test room has two different test areas as indoor and outdoor unit rooms, providing split type units to test. The test conditions of the test rooms can be adjusted according to the test criterias. The actual product running environment can be simulated by increasing the temperature of the outdoor unit test room
up to 90 °C, especially to perform VKS series tests developed particulary for the iron and steel industry. During the test process, design and product verification activities are carried out and the data (temperature, humidity, flow, air flow, etc.) recorded to the data logger system to make detail analysis.

It is our priority to register inventions come out during design process as patents or utility models and moreover to use them in our products. In this context, the number of patents and utility models, we use in our products, is increasing day by day.

University-industry cooperation is another field of activity that is important for us. Within this framework, consultancy service is received from ITU Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in cooperation with İTÜNOVA. Our consultant contributes to us technically in our projects. In addition to this, it is aimed to increase the number of our employees who participating their graduate education every year and to increase our expertise in different fields.

Our products, which will be used safely under the most difficult working conditions, are each produced by our expert staff and every step of our production is controlled by our experienced engineers.

All processes from order to design, from production to packaging, are integrated with each other via computer aided technology.

The most suitable and reliable solutions are offered to our customers by using proven equipment and sensors in the heating and cooling sector in our devices.

The control systems of our devices are designed and manufactured in compliance with IEC 81346-2: 2019 standards.

Our main goal is to prevent all kinds of waste and reduce costs at all stages from design to shipment by using lean manufacturing techniques in order to increase customer satisfaction.

Quality Control

The quality control technicians are selected from the most experienced employees in the company. During the quality controls, the technical drawing, compliance with the electrical project, as well as the controls that are made during the production of human-source defects are also checked.

Incoming, in-process, outgoing controls and performance tests are all made by quality control team. Outgoing controls are divided into two parts: Final and PDI.  During the final controls, units are operated 100%. Before the shipment, also pre-delivery inspections are carried out.

Factory Acceptance Test is performed depending on the customer request. The factory acceptance test ensures that the device is completed according to desired quality and meets all contract terms. During FAT, the unit operated and the capacity can be also measured with the customer.
