Design Project Activities
We manage the design process from idea to production in four main groups. We work closely with our customers at every stage to develop the most suitable and functional solutions, from innovative products to production-ready designs.
- Industrial design for new products: We design new, aesthetic, and functional products that meet our customers’ needs and expectations.
- Cooling cycle design: We design optimal cooling cycles for efficient, high-performance cooling systems.
- Design of electrical projects: We design safe and functional electrical projects to ensure the smooth operation of cooling systems.
- Manufacturing-oriented construction design and preparation of manufacturing drawings: We prepare precise construction designs suitable for manufacturing to optimize production processes.
Software and Technological Support We Use
We offer flawless and innovative solutions using the latest technology, software, and hardware to design and produce cooling systems.
- Unilab Heat Transfer Software for optimizing cooling cycles and achieving maximum efficiency,
- EPlan for the detailed and error-free design of electrical projects,
- Solidworks for 3D construction designs, strength analyses, and preparation of manufacturing drawings.
In addition, we use different software programs for equipment selection and optimization to balance project costs and performance.
Testing and Prototype Experiments
We have a test room where we conduct performance, durability, and life tests of prototype products created after design activities. The test room has two separate areas for testing indoor and outdoor units of split-type units. The conditions of the test rooms can be adjusted according to the test requirements. For example, during tests of the VKS series products developed specifically for the iron-steel industry, the outdoor unit test room can be heated up to 90°C to simulate actual working conditions. During the tests, data such as temperature, humidity, current, and airflow are recorded by a data collection system, and design and product validation activities are conducted.
Patent and Utility Model Studies
One of our priorities is registering the inventions from our innovative design projects as patents or utility models and using them in our products. As a result, the number of patents and utility models in our products is continuously increasing. It strengthens our position as an innovation leader in the sector and constantly enhances our products’ competitiveness and added value.
University-Industry Collaboration
University-industry collaboration is essential to us. Within this framework, we receive consultancy services from the ITU Faculty of Mechanical Engineering as part of our partnership with ITÜNOVA. Our professors contribute technically to our projects. Additionally, we aim to increase the number of employees pursuing master’s degrees each year, expanding our expertise and specialization areas.
