  •  Develop the culture of quality, environment and occupational health and safety with the philosophy of continuous improvement.

This policy is supported by the objectives of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. AND SAFETY SCOPE OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

TMS performs the marketing, project design, design, manufacturing, testing and after-sales service of industrial and process cooling systems for domestic and international customers according to national and international standards. In line with the standard requirements of the Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management System to be applied both in the office and factory area, the scope of the Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management System has been established as follows:
Office buildings, Production area and Warehouse Area Sanayi Mah. Akçiçek Sok. No: 18-20, 34906, It is located within the borders of Pendik / Istanbul.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS) SCOPE

​Quality Management System within TMS includes Office buildings, Production area and Storage Area. Therefore, the scope of the Quality Management System is structured according to the Process approach, Risk Based Thinking and PDCA Cycle.
• In line with the Process Approach; Managerial, Support and Operational Processes are determined.
• In line with Risk-Based Thinking, risks and opportunities of all processes were identified and evaluated.
• in line with the PDCA cycle, improvement opportunities for processes are identified and realized.
TMS has activities to meet all the requirements of the Quality Management System Standard and is described in the content of Quality Manual.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS) SCOPE

Environmental Management System within TMS includes Office buildings, Production area and Storage Area. The customer site is not included in the Environmental Management System. Accordingly, the scope of the Environmental Management System has been established as follows:
• Determining the environmental aspects related to each process (throughout the life cycle) and preventing the negative environmental effects and increasing the environmental performance.
• Fulfillment of environmental compliance obligations.
• Reaching the determined goals and objectives (Prevention of pollution, monitoring of waste, prevention of energy consumption, etc.)
TMS has activities to meet all the requirements of the Environmental Management System Standard and is described in the content of Quality Manual.

SCOPE OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHS)

Occupational Health and Safety Management System within TMS includes Office Buildings, Production Area, subcontractor services, security service, guests and customer area. Accordingly, the scope of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System has been established as follows:
• To increase Occupational Health and Safety performance by taking measures to create a healthy working environment by preventing work-related injuries and diseases.
• Assessment of risks to be created by hazards on employees and interested parties and determination of necessary controls, reduction or elimination of risks to acceptable levels.
• Achieving the goals required for OHS
• Fulfillment of national / international legal and other requirements
